The results of our own experimental researches which represent influence of nonopioid analgetics and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on paroxismal activity of brain are resulted in the work. It is shown that analgetics can change convulsive readiness of brain, increasing (ketoprofen, ketorolak, diclofenac) or reducing it (parekoxib, celecoxib, paracetamol, lornoxicam, analben, benzofurocain), that can be used for the substantiation choice of analgesic drugs under conditions of brain pathology.
