It was conducted the РАSS-prognosis condensed polymethilimidazole according to which the antiinflammatory and analgesic activity is inherent in the given structures. The experimental verification of the prognosis revealed the presence of antiinflammatory and analgesic activity. The presence of methoxygroup in the second or in the third position influences degree of antiedematous and analgesic effect.
