New approaches for preparation and use of Armed forces of Ukraine for the period up to 2006–2011 years are adopted. The forms and methods of conducting of armed war would be used for resolving problems according to a situation. New approaches in the organization of medical support of troops will be carried out by forces and agents of medical service of Armed forces of Ukraine. The forecasting of possible sanitary losses depending on type of use of armed forces is considered.
