In article the surgical treatment of patients with complicated forms of atrioventricular septal defect with high pulmonary hypertension is studied. Indications for the pulmonary artery banding are developed. The results of surgical treatment of complete form of atrioventricular septal defect with high pulmonary hypertension are shown.
