Peculiarities of the structural reaction of the capillar elements of the muscular tissue in responce to the ischemic defeat, which leads to metabolic reformation at the cellular level, is not enough studied. The features of ultrastructural changes of capillars in laboratory animals, at the modelled ischemia of the extremity are highlighted in conducted scientific and theoretic work. Efficiency and perspectivity of the use of the electronic microscopy method is well-proven, with the purpose of determination of early pathological changes of intracellular structures.
