Cytogenetic observation of married couples with infringement of reproductive function (IRF) was carried out. It is shown that the balanced reorganization, “hidden” mosaicism or presence of additional marker chromosome in one of spouses can cause a habitual incompetent pregnancy. Such families with aggravated obstetic anamnesis demand more attention from doctors of medical-genetic service since have the raised risk of failured of pregnancy.
