The purpose of the work is analysis of diagnostic possibilities of digital rectal investigation, levels of tumor markers, methods of visualization in diagnosis of prostate cancer. We have studied the possibilities of IRMA of PSA, TPS, thymidinekynase and methods of visualization (TRUS, Power Doppler, CT, MRI, bone scan, SPECT) in diagnosis of prostate cancer, regional and distant methastases.
