The analysis of diagnostics and treatment of pyelonephritis caused by atypical microflora in the context of normative documents on child’s nephrology is represented. The clinical and laboratorial course peculiarities are demonstrated and expedience of consecutive antibacterial therapy with including of cephalosporin antibiotic groups and macrolide is grounded.
