The methodological, program-technical as well as organizational and administrative peculiarities of the distant learning (DL) implementation into the work of medical high schools are under consideration. Being based on the experience of the Odessa State Medical University as well as on the experience gained in other countries the most perspective models of DL for medical workers have been analysed.
