Appendectomy, which was performed under conditions of the absence of infiltrated tissues, with the usage of microlaparoscopic technology was characterized by the absence of intraoperative complications and minimal period of the restoration of self care of patients, shortest period of painful syndrome. Duration of hospital staying of patients as well as out of work period have been both minimal along with the maximal cosmetic effect. Mentioned parameters of the effectiveness of operation were as follows: usage of ultrasonic scalpel, traditional laparoscopic appendectomy, Ligasure. Intraoperative complications have been observed in 5.9% cases.
