Exhaled air condensate of patients suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis was studied by the method of laser correlative spectroscopy (LCS). It was estimated that catabolic deviations are prevalent in LC-specters. Frequency of such deviations increases if patients are infected with Beijing strains and have certain combinations of GSTM and GSTT genotypes.
