A comparing effectiveness of different methods of varicosis surgical treatment is the target of study. Combinative using of endovenous laser coagulation and intraoperative sclerotherapy (an original method) were suggested. The new method reduces surgical injury, postoperative complications and improves aesthetic result of the operation.
