The article deals with the problem of bronchial asthma and its comorbidities. The current data from clinical research study of pro-inflammatory cytokines, leptin and their role in the inflammation process in asthma by obesity. Shown a negative impact of obesity on the clinical course of asthma in children 6–11 years both in the scientific literature, and the results of our own observations. The attention is given GERD, which is frequently observed in obesity and complicates the course of bronchial asthma.
