The mucoadhesive films with lysozyme, based on gelatin with quantitative retaining of hydrolytic activity after immobilization were obtained. The lysozyme entrance in injured region of rat cheek mucous membrane, and also the anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial action of immobilized preparation at experimental stomatitis were shown.
