The review is devoted to actual problem of determination of factors of potentioning negative influences of a combination of ischemic heart disease and essential hypertension. The role of endothelial dysfunction, proinflammatory mechanisms, remodeling of cardiovascular system in the complicated course of these diseases is considered. Medicamentous therapy questions are discussed.
